Christmas Tea
This "tea" is something Mamma would make each Christmas when I was growing up. I had to call her this Christmas for the recipe as I was feeling sentimental and knew I wouldn't be with her for the holidays.
Christmas Tea
4 cups Apple Juice
4 cups Cranberry Juice
3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
4 or 5 Whole Cloves
4 or 5 Whole Allspice
2 or 3 Cinnamon Sticks
Pour the equal parts of juice into a percolator. Add the brown sugar, whole cloves, whole allspice, and cinnamon sticks to the strainer in the percolator. Plug the percolator in and allow to percolate. :-) It will be ready when the wonderful aroma fills the room (around 20-25 minutes).
