A New Kind of Beef Stew

I made this Beef Stew tonight and it was a huge hit.  It is a bit of spicy and a bit of sweet and a lot of beef.

1 1/2 lbs beef (trim all fat and cube beef)
2 tomatoes (diced)
2-3 stalks celery (diced)
1 can carrots (do not drain)
16 oz water
8 oz Tomato Sauce
1/2 c. Sweet Chili Sauce
1/4 c. Onion Flakes
1/8 c. Worchestershire Sauce
1/8 c. A-1 Steak Sauce
1 tbs. Hot Chili Sauce
Spices:  Pepper, Salt, Oregano, Paprika, Basil, Fried Garlic, Accent

Combine beef and onion flakes in a pot and cook on medium heat.  Cook until medium rare.

Next add the tomatoes, celery, carrots, sauces, water, and spices.  Cook over high heat for 40 minutes (or until the celery is tender) stirring occasionally.
